1998 — Promotional Design

In 1998 we moved into our first ever studio, a drafty and unheated ex-garment factory between the Kingsland and Hackney Roads in Shoreditch, now long-gone and replaced with luxury apartments (of course).

This momentous move was announced with a mailout to our friends, families and contacts with a 210 × 99mm card, in various colours. Our new address, phone and fax numbers were blockfoiled within the die-cut shape of a Rolodex^TM card — to punch out and add to your desktop rotary filing device, just next to the phone. Our number would always be there at your fingertips, ready for when the urge overtook you to call us and commission very well-paid graphic design projects.
